ITM PACK is a Valencian company specialized in the manufacture of plastic big boxes for multiple uses. Our palots are made with high density polyethylene (HDPE) to guarantee their resistance.
The dimensions of our palot are 795 mm long, 600 mm wide and 530 mm high. The volume of our big box is 202 liters.
In addition, it is available in 6 colours: yellow, red, green, blue, black and natural (from the raw material with which it is injected).
Our big boxes have 4 legs that allow them to be raised above the ground. What is very useful in the case of palots with openwork finish is relevant to avoid staining or degrading the content, especially when used in the collection of fruit. In addition, the legs allow easy pallet transport.
The main advantage of ITM PACK´s plastic big boxes, compared to the traditional ones made of wood, is the great durability of the material. Polyethylene, and especially high-density polyethylene, absorbs impacts better than wood.
Plastic does not splinter like wood, on the other hand, our container box has rounded edges to avoid injuries during handling.
In addition, the plastic big box is easier to clean than the wooden pallot with water at high temperatures. In this way, it can be sanitized with specific detergents suitable for alimentary use.
The big box can be used in different sectors such as the food industry for the collection of fruits and vegetables, or for packaging meat products such as hams. The retail sector as exhibitor boxes. Or as container boxes in the chemical industry, or industry in general.
